I am Jenni Linnett, MS, a Certified Life Coach & Mental Health Professional helping women who are ready for lasting weight loss, enhanced emotional health and an overall increase in well-being. I have been working in the mental health field for 20 years specializing in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which I have now adapted into a coaching practice helping women with the psychology of weight loss and strategies that make it doable, sustainable and lasting. I struggled with yo-yo dieting for 36 years and I was tired of the diet industry offering up restricting and limiting diet strategies that left me feeling defeated, frustrated and confused about what to actually eat! I coach women to trust their bodies and understand their thinking-when you combine the two, releasing weight is easy. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions as well as workshops and upcoming group coaching sessions.
