We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You’ll help to maintain the day-to-day human resources functions, including coordinate hiring processes, assist with pre-employment screenings, and manage onboarding and termination procedures. You’ll also support employee communications, engagement programs, and wellness initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include processing benefits enrollments, overseeing leave of absence and workers’ compensation claims, and maintaining accurate records. You will also play a role in safety initiatives, supporting workplace safety programs and ensuring compliance with safety policies. This position also provides administrative support for HR functions, including compliance, policy development, and mandated reporting.
Minimum requirements include an associate’s degree or equivalent training with a focus on human resources, benefits administration, employee relations, or a related field. Three (3) years of human resources, communications, benefits administration, or related experience. Someone who is highly organized, with strong computer proficiency, with excellent communication skills is desired.

The pay range for this non-union, non-exempt position is $34.90 – $49.85 per hour. With an anticipated starting range of $34.90 – $42.37 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
